Scope
This policy applies to Resonance Wiki at resonancesolved.com. The site provides public game-guide pages and currently has no visitor accounts, comments, purchases, or profile system. It explains website data handling, not the separate practices of the game, its publisher, a storefront, or another site reached through an external link.
Information involved
Browsing may involve ordinary request and security data processed by the site's hosting and delivery providers, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and signals used to deliver or protect the service.
If you email [email protected], the message may contain your address, name, and anything else you choose to include. Send only what is needed for the request. Do not include account credentials, licence keys, saves, executable files, or logs containing unrelated personal information.
Analytics

Theme preference and video
The light/dark theme control stores resonance-theme in your browser's local storage. The value is either light or dark; it is used only to restore your chosen appearance and is not sent as an account preference.
YouTube players are not loaded with the initial page. A connection to www.youtube-nocookie.com is made only after you choose Load privacy-enhanced player. Playback may then allow Google or YouTube to receive request, device, and viewing information according to their policies. Every video also keeps a normal source link so loading the embed is optional.
Third parties and retention
The relevant service providers may include the site's hosting or content-delivery provider, Google Analytics, YouTube, and the email provider handling messages sent to the public contact address. External publisher, platform, Steam Community, and guide links are governed by their own privacy notices after you leave this site.
Data is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for security, aggregate analysis, correspondence, or a legal obligation. Provider-controlled logs and analytics follow the applicable provider settings.
